you pay us anything.

Everything that happens between pasting a link and a token trading on-chain — what you pay, what we do with it, what the market page shows you, and the parts that are still rough. No jargon, no fine print hidden anywhere else.

01

Introduction

ViralD lets you turn any post on X into a tradeable on-chain token.

Every viral tweet, every hot take, every meme that takes over your timeline — someone could be trading it right now. ViralD makes that literal: paste a link to any X post, pay a small fee, and we deploy it as a real token on-chain in seconds. No coding, no wallet-juggling, no waiting on a dev team. The post becomes the pitch.

This isn't a simulation or a points system. Every token ViralD deploys is a real, on-chain asset — minted and given its own liquidity pool in a single transaction on Robinhood Chain, tradeable immediately.

Why tokenize a post instead of just screenshotting it?

Attention is the scarcest thing on the internet, and right now almost none of the value created by a viral moment flows back to anything durable. ViralD gives internet culture a price. If a post is good enough to go viral, it's good enough to have a market.

02

How It Works

Four steps, no account required:

  1. Paste the link.

Drop the URL of any public X post into the box on the homepage and hit Tokenize.

  2. Set the details.

Name the token, pick a ticker, choose how much you want ViralD to buy on your behalf at launch (the "dev buy"), and attach a logo image.

  3. Pay.

You'll get a wallet address and an exact amount of ETH to send. Once your payment lands, click Paid.

  4. It's live.

We deploy the token on-chain via Pons — including your dev buy — and take you straight to its market page. It also shows up in the "latest deploys" feed on the homepage so other people can find it.

The whole thing usually takes under two minutes, most of which is however long your payment takes to confirm on Robinhood Chain.

What "deploy" actually means

ViralD calls Pons v2's public launch contract, which mints your token and seeds its trading pool in a single on-chain transaction. Nothing is pre-minted or held back by us beyond the standard creator allocation described in Creator Revenue.

03

Tokenizing a Post

What you need

  • A link to a public X/Twitter post (x.com/.../status/... or twitter.com/.../status/...)
  • A token name and ticker
  • A logo image (PNG, JPEG, or WebP, under 2MB)
  • Enough ETH on Robinhood Chain to cover the platform fee, your dev buy, and Pons's on-chain launch fee

Fields, explained

Name
The token's full display name. 1–100 characters.
Ticker
The token's symbol, shown everywhere it trades. 2–10 letters/numbers, automatically uppercased.
Dev buy
How much ViralD spends buying the token on your behalf the instant it launches. Ranges from 0.001 to 0.1 ETH. This is your money, spent from the shared platform wallet as part of the same on-chain transaction that creates the token — it's not a fee we keep.
Logo
The image shown on the token's market page and wherever it's listed.

What we can't tokenize

  • Deleted or private posts (we check the link resolves before opening the payment step)
  • Anything already tokenized under a different request that's still pending
04

Payment & Fees

ViralD doesn't ask you to connect a wallet. Instead, after you fill in the token details, we show you:

  • One exact ETH amount to send (copy it exactly — don't round)
  • One wallet address — the same address for everyone, always
  • A QR code that encodes both, for sending from a mobile wallet

That exact amount is base fee (0.0005 ETH) + Pons's current on-chain launch fee + your dev buy + a small random amount (0.00001–0.00005 ETH). The launch fee is set by Pons, not ViralD, and can shift slightly between requests — we always read the live value before quoting you. The random tail is what lets our backend tell your payment apart from anyone else's who happens to be tokenizing something at the same time — it's not an extra charge.

Payment window

You have 15 minutes to pay. Once you've sent it, click Paid and we'll look for it on-chain. If we don't see it yet, you can just try again — the request doesn't expire until the 15 minutes are up. If it does expire, you'll need to start over from the homepage (the exact amount you were quoted won't work anymore).

What happens to your money

  • The 0.0005 ETH platform fee is ViralD's cut for the deploy.
  • Your dev buy is spent, on your behalf, buying the token at launch — you receive that allocation.
  • The Pons launch fee goes to the protocol the token deploys on, not to ViralD.
If the deploy fails after you've paid

This can happen — the launch contract can reject a transaction, the chain can be congested, or something can go wrong on our end. Right now, failed deploys are not automatically refunded. If this happens to you, reach out via our support channel (see Links) with your payment details and we'll sort it out manually. We're working on making this automatic.

05

The Market Page

Every token ViralD deploys gets its own page at /market/[address], built around three things:

  • The original post, embedded exactly as it appeared on X, so anyone landing on the market page can see exactly what they're trading.
  • A live chart — price, market cap, liquidity and 24h change, plus hourly candles for the last 24 hours, all pulled from on-chain trading data. A token that's seconds old will show a "just launched, chart is syncing" state for a moment before data catches up — that's normal, not a problem, and a token that is indexed but hasn't traded yet shows its stats with an empty chart.
  • Trade links out to the venues where the token is actually bought and sold. ViralD doesn't run its own trading interface — we deploy the token and point you to where the liquidity lives.

The market page also shows the contract address (tap to copy, or open it on Robinhood Chain's block explorer), how much the dev buy was, and how long ago it launched.

06

Creator Revenue

When ViralD deploys your token, the platform wallet is registered on-chain as the token's creator — which means a small, capped percentage of ongoing trading activity flows back to ViralD automatically, for as long as the token trades. This is standard behavior of the launch contract we use (Pons v2) and isn't something ViralD adds on top.

This is also why there's no separate "ViralD fee" baked into every trade after launch — our revenue model is the one-time deploy fee plus this ongoing creator share, not a tax on every transaction.

07

Security & Risks

We'd rather over-explain this than have you find out the hard way.

  • No accounts, no login. ViralD doesn't hold custody of anything beyond the moment your payment is matched and spent on your deploy. There's nothing to "hack" on your account because there is no account.
  • One shared wallet. Every payment goes to the same public wallet address on Robinhood Chain. This is a deliberate choice for simplicity and transparency — anyone can verify on-chain exactly what that wallet has received and spent. The tradeoff is that if you send the wrong amount, or pay after your 15-minute window closes, we may not be able to match your payment to your request — see Payment & Fees.
  • No refunds (yet). If a deploy fails after your payment is confirmed, that's currently a manual process, not automatic. This is a known limitation we're actively working to close.
  • Real money from day one. ViralD deploys real tokens on Robinhood Chain mainnet — there's no test mode. Start with a small dev buy if you're trying it out for the first time.
  • You're tokenizing someone else's post. ViralD doesn't verify that you have any relationship to the account that posted what you're tokenizing. Anyone can tokenize any public post. Use good judgment.
  • Tokens deployed through ViralD are not vetted. We don't review, endorse, or guarantee anything about a token beyond the fact that it was deployed through the flow described in this doc. Do your own research before trading anything you find on the site.
